Triage Levels

🔴 Level 1 — Critical Cases

Received and treated immediately — serious injuries, severe chest pain, breathing difficulty, loss of consciousness, or heavy bleeding.

🟡 Level 2 — Moderate Cases

Short wait based on priority — urgent but not immediately life-threatening.

🟢 Level 3 — Minor Cases

Wait in arrival order — non-urgent cases that can be safely delayed.

Why might someone who arrived after you be seen first?

A later arrival may be seen first because their condition is more severe. This is not favoritism — it is evidence-based triage to save lives.
